It is an island of 100-200 meters length situated 10 miles southeast of Sarigerme. It is least effected by the ulluvions of the Dalaman stream and Sarısu stream because it is far away from the mainland. The visibility under the water is horizontally about 30-40 meters. A plateau in the southeast direction streches for 300 meters starting at a depth of 5-6 meters and continuing until 15-16 meters. There is a steep wall in the south section where the plateau ends while in the north there is a moderate deepening incline. This island which is abundant in fish and other living forms is a beautiful wall dive in a region known for its caves. |
